La Dama de la Muerte
LA DAMA DE LA MUERTE is a horror series currently in development by Joe Benitez and M. M. Chen that marries elegance and femininity with violence and death. La Dama de la Muerte, the Lady of Death, is a supernatural entity inspired by ancient Mexica folklore who answers supplications from those in need of justice and vengeance.
The first appearance of La Dama was in Lady Mechanika: La Dama de la Muerte when Lady Mechanika herself comes under the influence of the Lady of Death.
La Dama makes a second appearance in Lady Mechanika: Sangre with a different incarnation, La Madrina, an Aztec woman with seemingly eternal and infernal powers, seeking justice for her murdered family.
